I really enjoyed this book. Mateo was sweet and amazing. I love a man loyal to his family and his chick. Not the play boy type trying to redeem himself. Evie was sweet, smart and strong. I can sympathize what it's like to have your life ripped away from you. This was a really decent book. I couldn't put it down. The characters were interesting. The story was witty, dramatic and held me captive. Best line: I would have throat punched her
