This is an awesome compilation of Christmas stories. Hot, sexy and full of holiday cheer! The only thing that bothered me was all the "excerpts" and what not between stories. I understand there are a lot of authors involved in this, and that they all want attention, but that stuff could have been put at the end of the book. It sucked when you had to skip 5-10 pages at a time just to get to the next story! Either way, it's still a great collection and well worth the 99 cents!!

I enjoyed that this rock star book didn't have a heroine going star crazy over the hero. This was a sweet little romance and showed feelings developing over time. I found it refreshing that there was no love at first sight and it felt very real. Until the end, which was rushed, and basically felt like a cliff notes version of what came next. There was no real "fix" to what happened between them. I mean, if a man disappeared on me, I wouldn't just welcome him back with open arms. The other thing that bothered me was how in depth the author went into explaining the indie author process. I have to say, if I wasn't an author, I would have most likely rolled my eyes and skipped past the long winded description of the sites and processes. It was boring, and I felt it took away from the story a little bit.
This isn't a horrible book, it just definitely needs some work.

This is a sorry excuse for a story. There's no romance, no nothing. Apparently it's just a wrap up to a whole series that I will no longer waste my time reading. The story line was horrible, boring and most parts didn't make sense. The author doesn't take into account someone like me who hasn't read their books, and who doesn't know the series. There's not much of an explanation to the back stories. There's nothing. Don't even waste your time on this unless you've read the other 5 books in this series.

If it wasn't free when I picked it up, I would have been very upset.

I guess I expected to story to actually contain a wedding, as it's the Holiday Bride series. It doesn't. But, it's still a cute romance. Not sexy, just cute, sweet. Single mom goes on vaca with her kids for Christmas, falls in love with Inn owner, and that's it. It was still a fun short read! Definitely try this one.
