I loved this book! I read Dare to Love and it blew me away. Having never read any of Carly's books, I instantly fell in love with the Dare series. The characters are all strong and I love them. Alex was one of my favorite character in Dare to Love. Here in his own book, I continued to see reasons why I love him. He's strong, stubborn and just like Ian. But as with his brother, he has many redeeming qualities and moments.
Madison, like Riley, had it rough growing up. But it makes her who she is. An independent strong woman. I enjoy how the author makes her characters the less than perfect, but perfect together type.
"Quarterback Alex Dare took possession of the ball the same way he took possession of a woman's body. With skill, finesse, and the absolute certainty he'd score." This story is hot, steamy and so romantic I couldn't put it down. It's certainly a book that when they get to the bedroom, or near it, you shouldn't be reading in public! The best part is that these books are all stand alone.
